  Ian primarily handled our apartment sale from beginning to end of process. We also met Adam a couple of times and both were equally helpful & knowledgeable.   We had a fantastic experience working with Ian at Windsor Consulting Estate Agency while searching for our home in Spain. From the very beginning, Ian was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process.

Because we were not always able to travel to Spain, Ian regularly went out of his way to visit properties on our behalf, taking photos and videos and giving us honest, detailed feedback. He made sure we never wasted time viewing properties that weren’t right for us, which saved us a huge amount of time and helped us focus only on the homes that truly suited our needs.

It took us nearly two years to find the right property due to travel restrictions, but Ian stayed with us every step of the way and never once made us feel pressured. In the end, the home we found was perfect for us, and it was all down to Ian’s dedication and persistence.
