Neil & Rowena Moore are asked by local property developer John Hobson to open the first estate agents in La Cala. Neil invited his colleague Roy Lalonde to join the business
Roy suggested retiring and Simon & Gerrie Greer who bought a property through Windsor decided to move to Spain and become partners
Ian McKenzie married Neil & Rowena’s eldest daughter, Amanda, in the La Cala de Mijas Church
Ian and Amanda decided to move to Spain and join the Windsor team
Windsor moved from its original office in Calle Torremolinos to the office they are in to this day
Neil indicated his intention to retire and began discussions with Adam Godwin to join the company
Neil passed away and Adam joined in January 2019
The remaining partners, Rowena, Simon & Gerrie wished to retire that year and agreed to do so after the summer. Ian & Adam became partners in the business
