This is a beautiful complex right on the beach in La Cala. It
has lovely gardens and two pools. The properties here consist
of one and two bedroom apartments and two and three bedroom
townhouses.
This is a lovely complex less than five minutes walk to the
beach in Butibamba (which is 10 minutes walk from La Cala village).
It has beautiful gardens and flowers with a very nice pool.

apartment here on the first floor. It has two bedrooms and two
bathrooms and a very nice verandah, which overlooks the sea,
pool and beautiful gardens.
This complex is only a couple of years old and has lovely apartments.
Most of them look over the pool and gardens which are in the
center of the complex. It is in Butibamba quite close to the
post office and, again, only five minutes from the sea and ten
minutes from La Cala village. We have one and two bedroom apartments
in this complex. Only 2 minutes from the sea.
This is a beautiful complex with lovely verandahs overlooking
the sea, gardens and pool. It is very near to the Oceano hotel,
which is also on the beach(Torrenueva Playa). The apartments
are extremely roomy and all have two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
It is about 15 minutes walk from La Cala village. Torrenueva
itself has a tunnel under the main road, which leads to a supermarket
and some very nice restaurants, all five minutes walk from the
apartments.
We have a nice two bedrooms, one bathroom apartment in this
lovely complex, which is not on the sea in La Cala but the other
side of the road up the hill towards the Miraflores golf course.
It is ideal for people with small children, as the verandah
leads on to the beautiful garden and is perfect for children
to play in. To reach the pool, you go down some steps to below
the apartment (only 2 minutes). The pool is ideal for both adults
and children and has a very well-known excellent little bar,
serving drinks and food.
This is a very nice two bedroom, two bathroom apartment in a
building right on the beach in La Cala. It does not have a pool
as it is right on the beach.
Spacious one bedroom apartment 2 minutes from La Cala beach
and a short walk to the village. South facing terrace with
sea views.
Private gated community with nice pool and
